Ultrasonic welders

Recently released to the market, the user-friendly OMEGA III is remarkable with its high adaptation capabilities and its working precision. This range of machines offers the latest technological developments such as : automatic detection of end of weld (RWS), two "head down" speeds, an optical encoder to control the head position, press pressure controlled with a proportional valve and the capability to modify the ultrasonic amplitude during the weld.

Hot plate welders
MECASONIC could bring to this technology the R&D necessary to guarantee a reliable process. Our machines can be equipped with automatic pre-heating, quick change tooling and numerous control features. Spin welders
Designed for circular parts welding, this process consists in spining one part, the other being held fixed in the holding fixture. MECASONIC offers a complete range of spin welders to suit your various applications.
