The LVW 2046 welder has been designed to assemble large thermoplastic parts.
This welder is equipped with automatic frequency control to ensure
efficient operation by finding the proper resonant frequency of each
tool.
This is a very important feature as the user does not need to define the tooling weight.
This machine is equipped with a very efficient amplitude control which
allows the operator to define a specific weld profile. For example a
higher amplitude when starting the weld and a lower amplitude when the
parts begin to melt.
This amplitude control feature provides a better weld consistency and assists in controlling flash within predefined limits.
This welder has several welding modes :
- constant travel during the weld
- constant part height at the end of the weld
- constant welding time
Major applications are within
market sectors which include the automotive industry, the appliances,
the packaging industry, etc... |
