This welding process for
thermoplastics ensures precise positioning, hermetic seals and high
mechanical strength for circular assemblies.
The quality of the weld depends on the controlled travel and speed
between the two parts to be welded, on the coefficient of friction of
the materials and on the applied pressure during the welding cycle.
The MCRI 72 and MCRI 115 welding machines are fitted with sophisticated
systems that provide complete control of all weld parameters.
-
Precise positioning through programming or teach mode.
-
Programming is made simple thanks to a multiple menu system initiated by a rotary selector button.
-
The travel curve is displayed and memorized during the welding cycle onto a large back-lit LCD graphic display.
-
Programmable control of the pressure profile is available using a proportional valve.
-
Storage of 20 weld programs with all parameters on instant recall (unlimited storage with the PC connection).
-
Three welding modes to meet the requirements of all applications.
-
RWS mode (exclusive to MECASONIC).
-
Strict control of
production through analysis of 4 major parameters displayed after each
weld cycle (speed, time, height, travel).
-
Total production documentation on printer or memorization of the entire result on a PC with Windows software (MECAWIN-R)
