The word from the President
The year 2000 just ended, closing the 20th Century based on technical progress.
When talking about technology, one usually thinks about computer or
space adventure. However, a closer look would probably show that the
real step forward has been to dedicate the technology to our daily
life, manufacturing number of products most people have access to.
Over the past 32 years, plastic growth played a central role in this field.
MECASONIC, then enters on the scene.
Born in 1969, MECASONIC is today a World leader in the field of thermoplastic welding.
Our policy has always been oriented towards development :
- Technology development, with the highest variety of welding solutions.
- Territory development, with a permanent
search of partners all over the World as joining Forward Technology
Industries and more recently Crest.
This policy, deliberately turned towards progress has allowed us, once more, to close the year 2000 on a two digits growth.
The whole MECASONIC team joins me to thank all of those - customers,
suppliers and partners in general - who have been associated to our
development and wish them a happy new year.

GO PLAST
From March 13th to March 16th, the thermoplastic industry had pride of place in Angers.
During this first exhibition in the West of France, some 220
exhibitors, most of them from France, have accepted the invitation of
"Grand Ouest". They have presented their products and know-how in
matter of plastics to the visitors of this fast growing plastic
industry area.
To the main opinion, this exhibition has been a success thanks to the
quality of the profesionnal performances and also to the good
atmosphere.
MECASONIC was there.

EMBALLAGE 2000 - Pack the World !!
This large international trade show took place from the 20th to the
24th of November 2000 in Paris where the most important international
players in the field of packaging experienced a very busy week.
MECASONIC was there, displaying the latest welding techniques for packaging.
We thank all of those, existing MECASONIC customers, as well as the many new contacts, who came to pay us a visit.
